By closely studying and restoring archival pieces, I gain a tactile appreciation for industrial design history, which I then reinterpret into new forms. The goal is not to replicate the past, but to carry forward its essence—refining old ideas into thoughtful, modern design objects that speak to today while honoring yesterday."

"This chair is inspired by the work of Ellsworth Kelly, particularly his bold use of color and refined geometric abstraction. Drawing from one of his signature green compositions, the piece interprets his distinct visual language through furniture form. The curved silhouette references Kelly’s soft-edged shapes, while the vibrant green surface serves as both homage and reinterpretation — transforming two-dimensional color fields into a sculptural, functional object.
